BT is a successful company with successful employees. Our trainee programs focuses on recent graduates.
The programs are intended to provide the trainee with comprehensive knowledge and understanding of BT, operations and an extensive contact network for a future career within the company.
BT recruits on average 3 to 4 trainees per year with location in Mjölby, Sweden. The training program is mainly technique and logistics orientated, but other fields of interest occur as well. The length of training is about 1 year including a short period abroad. When available, the positions will be published on the Swedish version of our homepage.

“I’m a graduate engineer from the Industrial Engineering and Management programme at Linköping Institute of Technology. My first contact with BT was a small job during one of my first years at the university. When it was time for my graduation project, I chose BT again.
