As with any job, driving a forklift truck demands a particular skill-set in order to achieve the best results. The BT Driver Assessment System is based on a series of physiological tests that measure an individual in five distinct areas, all of which are important in the make-up of a successful fork-lift truck driver. The system is based on a simple control console with buttons, joysticks and pedals, and requires no computer skills at all. Results are presented in a simple graphical form. The system gives important information and complements traditional assessments when recruiting new drivers.
